Verification infrastructure for artificial intelligence

The verification layer for AI.

AI can diagnose diseases, draft legislation, write code, and manage infrastructure. What it cannot do is prove any of it is correct. Sencor AI builds the missing layer — neutral, cryptographic verification infrastructure that makes AI trustworthy at global scale.

The problem

The capability exists. The trust does not.

AI generation is cheap, fast, and accelerating. Verification is structurally absent. A doctor who cannot verify an AI diagnosis will not use it. A government that cannot audit an AI decision will not permit it.

This is the Verification Deficit: the growing gap between what AI can produce and anyone's ability to determine whether it is true.

The solution

The scientific method, applied to AI at global scale.

Every AI output is decomposed into claims. Every claim is independently verified through adversarial audit. Every verification is recorded in a cryptographic chain that any third party can inspect. The result is proof, not a promise, that an AI output has been checked.

The system compounds. Every verified claim makes subsequent verification easier. Every detected error produces a structural fix. Every day of operation makes the system more reliable — not because the models improve, but because the body of verified knowledge grows denser.

The honest broker

Verification must be independent to be neutral.

SWIFT does not move money — it verifies that transactions are legitimate. Its independence is funded by the institutions that use it. No bank owns it. No government controls it.

Sencor AI operates on the same principle. Verification infrastructure must be commercially independent to be genuinely neutral. Revenue builds and maintains that independence.

The foundation

The argument, and the protection.

The research

Twelve papers build the complete argument — from the verification deficit through quality engineering, verification intelligence, and the trust layer to civilisation-scale infrastructure.

The patents

Twenty-three patents filed at the UK Intellectual Property Office protect the mechanisms that make verification work — the structural gate, the cryptographic chain, the adversarial audit, the safety bounds, and the distributed trust architecture.

Built for the world

Verification must be global, or it is not infrastructure.

AI development is happening everywhere. The three largest ecosystems — Western, Chinese, and Indian — each have their own models, regulations, and deployment patterns. A model from any provider, in any geography, can be verified through the substrate.

Five independent intellectual traditions — Western research, Chinese cognitive philosophy, Indian logical epistemology, cryptographic formal methods, and category-theoretic provenance — converge on the same diagnosis: intelligence without verification is structurally incomplete.
