2. Data we process
This website is an informational site about Sencor AI, S.L. and its research. We keep data collection to the minimum required to operate it.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may process standard technical request data (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) for the purpose of delivering the site securely and preventing abuse.
- Correspondence. If you contact us by email, we process the contents of your message and your email address in order to respond.
- Analytics. This website does not use third-party advertising or tracking analytics. See our Cookie Notice.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process technical and operational data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing a secure, functioning website. Where you contact us, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, or to take steps at your request.
4. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted.
5. International data transfers
This website is served through Cloudflare, Inc., a hosting and content-delivery provider based in the United States. As a result, the technical request data described in section 2 — such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamp — may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to Cloudflare in the United States, the transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission under Article 46 GDPR, which provide appropriate safeguards for the protection of your data. A copy of the safeguards applied may be requested at privacy@sencor.ai.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data;
- request portability of your data;
